I've been bitten with previous SUPPORT DESK software failing at what they're intended to do or with the businesses behind them falling over, but based on what I've seen so far with THRIVE DESK, neither of those problems is going to be an issue - the software looks and feels good, the helpful docs section is a shopfront for what you can achieve as a 'help desk' by using the software (( https://help.thrivedesk.com/en )) and based on how good the software is i can see a lot of happy buyers coming on board and keeping the company profitable - well done to the development team

I have set up and used other help desk tools over the years. ThriveDesk opened up many more opportunities for me, with automations, a knowledge base, API, webhooks, chatbot, and live chat. It simply has everything I need to grow my business. I purchased tier 4 a short while back. The other day I set it up with the basic functionality I needed to start collecting support tickets. I migrated from the system I was previously using and redirected my support email and added the DNS settings. Very straightforward. I am looking forward to adding more functionality to my help desk processes while creating a better user experience for my clients.

Setup is a snap - really straightforward. I’m preparing to roll ThriveDesk out across the company, and I’m excited because the features are exactly what I need. The UI is clean and intuitive. I especially appreciate how it combines so many of the key tools you'd expect from a full-service desk into one platform - that’s a big win for our support workflow. For the price, it offers more than many tools I’ve looked at in this space, particularly for small to mid-sized businesses looking to streamline. All in all, this is a huge win. I’m looking forward to unlocking ThriveDesk’s full potential as we grow.

I just purchased tier 4 and I can't wait to test it out.
I wanted to setup a staging site before doing a full test, but so far it looks very promising.

I think that for a small price you have many functionalities and a lot more in the future (I hope WhatsApp will come soon). I have almost a real time support through the live chat and the community in discord to make some customizations. Good first impression.
