Branding removal not working and no BYOK 7 month after announcement
I got t4 based on the promises. Waiting for 7 months on BYOK after the announcement was made. Branding removal not working despite the option being there. I disable branding and after a few days it's back on again.
I didn't want to leave a negative review and raised issue in questions. I was fixed (as they say) and didn't come for a few days. Noticed powered by Thrivedesk back again every 2nd or 3rd day after disabling it. I am yet to have a day where I can say, yes, I can now adopt thrivedesk fully. It's one of those tools that is stuck half way into implementation where you have put a lot of efforts to build and can't really push to live with peace of mind.

RE LACK OF SUPPORT
The lack of customer support and over-reliance on AI-bot with no follow-up for any contact details left via chatbot, or any direct means to reach or a human contact is deeply alarming.
I get the impression they are spread thinly and heavily under-resourced. I worry about the long term proposition of TD.
I am hoping they get their act together and properly setup a customer support focussed channel to deal competently and professionally with customers.

Support does not exist and its filled with bugs
Important!!: I have put in 3 support tickets and so far I have had no response.
Other areas:
- You can have unlimited parent to child category relationships on help articles however the live knowledge base will only show two levels. unsure why it allows so many layers if you can only have 3
- Another massive issue when updating the order of the articles is that only the left-hand table of content style updates the order of the articles, but the order doesn't update on the main article section so they are in completely different orders and confusing
Improvement: It would be good if you could have categories that go to external links, like you have in the header and footer of Docs. This would allow linking to roadmaps, service status pages etc.
Sort your support out. I am giving it until the weekend and then I will refund. There is no one behind this platform by the looks of it and therefore it will most likely die very soon
