can we use tidycal to power interview scheduling functionality for our ATS? basically offering appointment booking feature to our clients but via our saas product?
TidyCal is designed as a standalone scheduling tool, and while you can embed individual booking links or widgets into your platform (e.g. inside your ATS or SaaS interface), it doesn’t offer a white-label API or native integration that would let you fully power appointment scheduling under your own SaaS product’s brand or manage client accounts directly through your platform.
Each end user (your client) would still need their own TidyCal account to manage their own calendars, settings, and bookings.
Thanks again for considering TidyCal — we appreciate the opportunity!
I purchased but before I sign up to my account: 1. Before I create me account - will TidyCal use my login username/email to create a random link (which is locked and unable to be changed?) 2. Once a calendar link is made, can it be change later? Eg: testcal.com/cal-example1 can it be change to testcal.com/cal-expample2
Thanks for your question — I’m happy to clarify how this works in TidyCal!
- When you create your account, TidyCal generates your account URL based on what you choose for your username during setup. This account URL (e.g. tidycal.com/yourname) can be changed in the account settings at any time, providing your wished username is not already in use.
- For booking links (booking types) — yes! When you create or edit a booking type, you can edit both the title and the URL slug (the part after the /) at any time. When editing the booking type title, just look just underneath that field — you’ll see the option to edit the link (e.g. change tidycal.com/yourname/example1 to tidycal.com/yourname/example2).
We trust this will help and we wish you a great day!
Hello, is this designed to install on multiple websites? For multiple clients? Is there a limit to how many websites you can install on? I do webdesign so just want to cairify that the agency plan does let you install on multiple websites and keeping all calendars individual for that specific client. Thank you very much
Thanks for reaching out — I appreciate your thoughtful question!
To clarify: the TidyCal Agency plan is designed for managing internal team members, not for managing separate client accounts. While you can embed booking pages on multiple websites, each client would need their own TidyCal account to manage their individual calendars and settings. The Agency plan doesn’t allow you to manage independent client accounts under one dashboard.
Thank you again for considering TidyCal for your projects!
How can I get in touch for help with my calendar integration? Booked calls are not showing up on my calendar and from what I can tell the calendars are set up correctly. Tried to click help in the dropdown menu at top right but link is broken. Thanks!
Thank you for letting us know — I’m sorry for the trouble with the Help button and your calendar integration! You can access help files here: https://help.tidycal.com/
You may also contact our support team directly at support@tidycal.com. If possible, include details like:
- Which calendar you’re integrating with (e.g. Google, Outlook) - The booking type involved - A recent example of a booking that didn’t appear on your calendar
We’ll review your setup and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Thanks again for your patience — we’ll get this working for you!
You can always upgrade your plan and pay the difference in price only!
To increase your current tier 1 TidyCal plan to tier 2 (Agency), please follow the steps below:
- Log into your AppSumo.com account. - Go to your Products Page here: https://appsumo.com/account/products/ - Look for the TidyCal product you purchased and press the down arrow menu on the right-hand side of the product. - Select the "change plan." - Complete the check-out with a higher tier 2 and pay the difference only.
We trust this will help, and we wish you a great day!

Q: Upgrading from Individual to Agency???
If I have an existing individual plan, can we upgrade to the Agency and get the additional 10% Sumo Day discount?
If so, how?
