Q: Can you create a booking 'homepage' like Lunacal with video etc?

Also, I see you have a few useful tools you have created under the Appsumo Originals with easy access to them from the homepage. Are you planning on creating a 'all-in-one' solution like GoHighLevel at some point?

At this time, we do not support embedding videos directly onto the booking pages like Lunacal offers. Booking pages are designed to stay clean and simple for quick scheduling, but we completely understand how video could enhance that experience. We've noted similar feedback from other users and we've recorded your request for our team to review.

As for your second question — we love hearing that you're exploring our AppSumo Originals! While there’s no current plan to merge them into an "all-in-one" solution like GoHighLevel, the team is always brainstorming ways to make our tools work together more seamlessly. Your suggestion is definitely in line with ideas we're considering for the future.

Q: Upgrade not working...?

I have Tier 1 and want to upgrade to Tier 2 but in my Products, the "Change plan" button is not showing for TidyCal.

How can I upgrade? Thank you!

Q: Bought Single plan - can i upgrade?

Hey I bought the single $29 plan a while back and am only strating to use tidycal now, the agency plan may be better - can i pay the difference and upgrade?

You can absolutely upgrade, yes!

So, to increase your current tier 1 TidyCal plan to tier 2 (Agency), please follow the steps below:

- Log into your AppSumo.com account.
- Go to your Products Page here: https://appsumo.com/account/products/
- Look for the TidyCal product you purchased and press the down arrow menu on the right-hand side of the product.
- Select the "change plan."
- Complete the check-out with a higher tier 2 and pay the difference only. :)

Q: I need clarification about agency plan

I am considering purchasing the agency plan, which allows for an unlimited number of team members, which is quite appealing. Could you please clarify the distinction between calendar connections and calendar integrations? If team members are indeed unlimited, will each member receive their own calendar integration? I am contemplating this in relation to my clients. As a web developer based in India, I aim to incorporate this feature into the landing pages of my clients. Would it be possible for me to embed this form for their use?

Thank you for your interest in the TidyCal Agency Plan — happy to clarify how it works.

The Agency Plan is designed for internal team use only — meaning it's built to manage your own team members, not for managing clients externally.
If you're looking to use TidyCal as a tool to manage bookings for your clients as part of a service you provide, the Agency Plan is unfortunately not designed for that purpose.

A few additional clarifications:

✅ You can invite unlimited team members, but they remain on their own account levels. Free account members can still be part of the team, but certain features (like Google Meet or accepting payments) require a personal plan upgrade for each member individually.
✅ Calendar connections refer to the number of personal calendars you can connect within your Agency account — the Agency Plan allows up to 25 personal calendar connections in total.
✅ You cannot use the Agency Plan to create accounts for your clients or resell booking pages for external businesses.

If your clients want to use TidyCal themselves, each would need to have their own separate TidyCal account.

Q: Multiple Businesses and emails?

Hello,

I was wondering that the agency option looks like it works for multiple businesses but will it send from different email addresses.

Ideally, it would be great if a client booked with Business A it would get an email from A so that if they replied it would go back to that email/business.

Or if someone booked for Business B it would email from business B. Hopefully that makes sense but not sure if TidyCal does this. I don't think Calendly does either but it's why I've stayed with Acuity because it does do this.

Thank you for your question and for considering TidyCal for your business needs!

At this time, email notifications in TidyCal are always sent from the email address connected to the primary calendar of the account. This applies across all bookings, even when using the Agency plan. It’s not currently possible to have different email addresses for notifications based on the business or booking type within the same account.

We completely understand how helpful that functionality would be, and we’ve recorded your feedback as a feature request for our team to review.
