Q: agency plan minus individual plan
i have a lot of questions.
1. is the agency plan like a reseller plan? I have some clients i want to introduce tiycal to and would like to know what happens when i set this up for them.
2. what happens to my individual plan when i buy an agency plan?
3. its not very clear how this pans out, operationally for me as a potential reseller or installer for clients

Happy to clarify how this works.
The Agency plan isn’t a reseller plan — it’s designed for managing your own team members within one workspace (for example, assistants, staff, or departments). Each team member gets their own booking page and calendar connections under your main Agency account.
If you already have an individual plan and purchase the Agency plan, your existing bookings and setup will carry over. The Agency plan simply unlocks additional features like team management and a shared workspace.
If you want to set up TidyCal for external clients, each client will need their own separate TidyCal account. You can still help them configure it, but ownership and billing stay with them — the Agency plan doesn’t create sub-accounts for resale or client hosting.
In short:
• Agency = for managing your team internally
• Reselling/clients = each needs their own account
