Q: Agency Plan team members are not receiving the same feature benefits

Hi there,

I purchased an Agency plan which stipulates unlimited team members, so I've added a team member and now its asking to pay $29 to use the features like Google Meet and payment bookings.

Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is it misleading in what the Agency plan actually offers?

Thanks

A: Hi!
Thanks for the question,

The Agency Plan does include unlimited team members, but only the account owner (the main Agency account) gets the Pro features included in the plan (like Google Meet, payment integrations, etc.).

When you add a team member, they get a free TidyCal account connected under your Agency workspace and using your Google Meet connection. This allows them to be part of your team page, participate in round-robin and collective bookings, and share the team’s booking links.

However, if a team member wants to use Pro features on their own personal booking pages (outside of the Agency team functionality), they would need their own Pro upgrade.

So it’s not a bug — it’s the intended setup. The Agency plan ensures unlimited team collaboration and scheduling, but individual Pro features remain tied to the account that purchased them.

If your main need is for all team members to use Google Meet or payment links under the team booking types, then it will work through the Agency plan without extra costs.

The $29 upgrade prompt only applies if they want those features in their own standalone calendars.
