Yes, Portuguese is available. Everything your clients see is fully translated — the booking page, the confirmation and reminder emails, date polls and review pages. One thing to know: the language is set once at account level, so it applies across all your booking pages rather than being chosen per calendar. The admin dashboard you work in is still mostly English.

On the calendars themselves, you can create as many booking types as you like and give each one its own theme, so five distinct looks is no problem. A theme covers your accent color, background color, an optional background image, dark mode, and separate title and body fonts picked from a Google Fonts list. The one thing you can't vary per booking type is the language, as above.

For the emails, yes, and no code required. Open a booking type, go to Notifications, and switch on "Enable custom confirmation email" and "Enable custom email reminders". Each opens a rich text editor with formatting, colors, links and merge tags such as your client's name or the booking date, so you can rewrite the emails entirely in your own voice. Two honest limits worth knowing up front: the editor handles text and links only, so you can't embed your logo in the email body, and removing the small "powered by TidyCal" mark from the email footer requires an active Pro subscription rather than a lifetime plan on its own.

There's no direct Mailchimp integration, but you can connect the two through Zapier, which is available on any paid plan. A booking created, updated or cancelled in TidyCal can add or update that contact in Mailchimp automatically: https://zapier.com/apps/tidycal/integrations
