Q: Group Booking Availability Conflicts for One-Off Events
Hi TidyCal team — quick question before I continue rebuilding my meetings setup.
Can TidyCal reliably support the following workflow:
3 separate group booking events
same event day
overlapping event times
fixed single start time per event
capped event numbers (group bookings)
Google Calendar sync
one-off event date only (not recurring weekly availability)
I’m currently experiencing inconsistent availability behaviour between booking types, including:
“No available dates found”
incorrect availability window calculations
booking duration conflicts despite valid time windows
Is this a supported use case within TidyCal, and if so, what is the recommended configuration method for one-off group events with seat limits?
