Q: notification problem
Hi,
It try to set a booking type. Unfortunately, I can select whether a calendar or email notification as confirmation method. I tried to use calender as a confirmation method and automated emails as email notification but this time the email not sent. Also cancellation link is not working

Both of these usually come down to the confirmation method setting. When a booking type's confirmation method is set to "calendar," the person booking is added as a guest on the calendar event, so their confirmation arrives as a calendar invite from Google or Microsoft, and TidyCal does not also send its own confirmation email. TidyCal's email confirmation is where the reschedule and cancellation links live, so while "calendar" is selected, the booker won't receive that email or those links.
If you'd like bookers to get a TidyCal email with working reschedule and cancellation links, open that booking type and set the confirmation method to "email." If the cancellation link still doesn't work after that, please email us at [email protected] with the booking type link and a screenshot of the message the booker received, and we'll dig into it on your account.
