funkformatQ: Group classes and attendees
Hello,
Would TidyCal be suitable for group dance classes bookings through a wordpress website?
I am looking for some of the following functionality:
- each session has multiple places available for people to book
- attendee can choose to book any available date in advance
- each session has three pricing options: taster, drop in and membership
- we collect attendees details such as emergency contact and consent
- multiple different classes can happen on the same day and time

I'd like to double check your last point. What do you mean by the "package bookings"?
If an instructor leads two separate classes back to back on the same day (Mon 6-7pm, Mon 7-8pm), can a customer book these two separate sessions?
Can TidyCal calendar show all sessions available on a particular date (if different instructors or sessions) ?
