Hello marc.gassmann,\u000a\u000aThank you for your email.\u000a\u000aIn the current version of the app, clients will not be able to disable or remove the \u002224 hours before the meeting\u0022 reminder. \u000a\u000aPlease feel free to add your request for such a feature here:\u000ahttps://roadmap.TidyCal.com/ideas so people can vote for it.\u000aYou can add any idea you have or feature you need there.\u000a\u000aThis way, the chances of getting any feature added are much faster, as other users will vote on it, and the more upvotes an idea gets, the better your chances are of seeing it live soon, as we will continue adding features based on this page in the future.\u000a\u000aWith kind regards,\u000aTeam Originals

Hi \u000a\u000aMany thanks for your feedback. In the meantime, I found out, I can adjust the reminders in every meeting. I have therefore deleted the 24\u002Dhour reminder and hope this will work.\u000a\u000aIn the \u0022Booking types\u0022, edit the meeting \u003E Custom email reminders \u003E enable it \u003E remove the 24h reminder \u000a\u000aKind regards\u000aMarc
