Q: I need clarification about agency plan
I am considering purchasing the agency plan, which allows for an unlimited number of team members, which is quite appealing. Could you please clarify the distinction between calendar connections and calendar integrations? If team members are indeed unlimited, will each member receive their own calendar integration? I am contemplating this in relation to my clients. As a web developer based in India, I aim to incorporate this feature into the landing pages of my clients. Would it be possible for me to embed this form for their use?

Hereās the breakdown:
1. Calendar Connections vs. Calendar Integrations
A calendar connection is when a user connects their personal Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar to TidyCal so bookings show up and availability is synced.
A calendar integration refers to the ability to connect with tools like Google Meet, Zoom, or payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) for paid bookings.
2. Agency Plan team members
The Agency Plan allows you to add unlimited team members.
Each team member can connect their own calendars (Google/Outlook/Apple) to manage their availability.
However, Pro integrations (Google Meet, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are only included for the Agency account owner. If team members want to use these integrations in their own personal booking types, they would need their own Pro upgrade.
On the other hand, for team booking types (round robin, collective, dedicated team pages), the Agency ownerās Pro features apply and cover the teamās shared bookings as it will use the owner's connection to Google Meet, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
3. Embedding for client use
Yes, you can absolutely embed booking pages (both individual and team pages) into your clientsā landing pages.
Each booking page comes with an embed code (iframe) that you can drop into your clientsā websites.
This means you can manage the Agency workspace, create booking types for each client/team, and embed them where needed.
Hope this helps.
If this is for one internal team, why are you calling this an Agency Plan, which is essentially managing multiple clients? All agency questions here highlight this! Rename this pls.
Totally agree. It shouldn't be called Agency plan.

If I have 200 internal members to my team, are they limited to 25 calendar integrations each or in total? if its 25 in total, can I purchase more? Most likely only a few will end up using this, but I want to know my ability to scale. Also, Is there a team leaders calendar that will show availability to consumers and then round robin to my team members ?
