Q: It's All 404 Pages! Clients can’t book or pay me. Has anyone else experienced this? HELP NEEDED!
Hi Team, 5-year customer here, lifetime plan holder, and I actively refer people to TidyCal. I love this product, which is why I need help FAST.
As of today, every single one of my booking links is returning a 404 page — including my website embed. Clients cannot book or pay me right now.
Here’s the sequence of what happened:
1. Updated titles on 5 booking types
2. Toggled Website booking page ON then immediately back OFF
3. Got a "file cannot be saved" error on one edit — but changes saved when I checked in a second browser
4. After that — everything 404
Dashboard and back office look completely normal. Profile URL is unchanged. Payment processor unchanged. But every public-facing link and embed is broken.
