Q: Pro plan

I see that you offer a Pro plan inside the account dashboard, which allows us to completely remove the TidyCal branding. Is the Pro plan not available as an LTD on AppSumo? Also, why can't we remove branding on the Agency plan? How many custom domains can we have? If it's an Agency plan, can we have more than one business or custom domain?

Thanks!

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! Great questions — let me take them one by one:

1) Is the Pro plan available as an LTD on AppSumo?
No — Pro is a recurring subscription (billed monthly or yearly), not a lifetime deal. On AppSumo, TidyCal is offered as lifetime deals only (Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime). Pro is a separate subscription you can add from inside your account, but it isn't sold as an LTD.

2) Why can't we fully remove branding on the Agency plan?
Complete removal of TidyCal branding is currently tied to an active Pro subscription. On the Agency lifetime plan, your booking pages show a small "powered by TidyCal" bar — much lighter than the free-plan footer, but not a 100% branding-free page. Removing that last bar entirely is what the Pro subscription unlocks.

3) How many custom domains can we have?
- Your personal booking page can use 1 custom domain.
- On the Agency plan you can also create teams, and each team can have its own custom domain (one per team).

So the total number of custom domains scales with how many teams you set up (1 personal + 1 per team).

4) On Agency, can we have more than one business / custom domain?
Yes — that's exactly what Agency + Teams is built for. You can create a separate team for each business/brand, and each one gets its own booking page and its own custom domain, all managed from a single Agency account. So you can run multiple businesses, each on its own domain, without buying separate licenses.

Hope that clears things up — happy to help with anything else! 🙂
