Custom domain: Yes, this is included with our Agency Lifetime deal (it isn't part of the Individual Lifetime deal). So if a custom domain is the goal, the Agency LTD covers it.

Zero TidyCal branding: This one is exclusive to the Pro subscription. The lifetime deals, including Agency, show a reduced "powered by TidyCal" bar rather than removing branding entirely, so completely branding-free booking pages come only with Pro.
