ScottPQ: What is happening to Agency Plan?
I see others asking why features such as branding, custom domain, and SMS are only available as a subscription. I get conflicting info from the product page and the help bot.
What is happening to the Agency Plan? What will happen to previously purchased Agency Plans?

Sep 22, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the mixed messages! The Agency Lifetime changes that took effect on September 1, 2026 apply only to Agency licenses purchased on or after that date.
Agency Lifetime purchased before September 1, 2026 keeps 25 calendar connections, unlimited team members, 20 SMS reminder segments per month and a custom domain.
Agency Lifetime purchased on or after September 1, 2026 includes 10 calendar connections, 4 team members including the owner, and 10 SMS reminder segments per month. It does not include a custom domain.
SMS reminders to U.S. and Canadian numbers are still part of Agency Lifetime, old and new. Both also show reduced TidyCal branding on booking pages. Removing the branding completely, a custom domain for new purchases, and unlimited calendars, team members and SMS are part of the Pro subscription ($12/month or $99/year).
If something on your own account doesn't match what you purchased, for example after adding another license, please email [email protected] from the email address on your TidyCal account so the team can check it.
