I love the ability to customize appointment times by type, add extra buffer time between certain appointment types, and embed on my own website. I was able to sync all my google calendars so all my goofy color-coding still works and everything that needs to affect my availability does so. I spent a few minutes looking around for the place to set the order of how my appointments show up, once I got them all made--and then realized, duh, it's a simple drag & drop. Easy peasy! Plus I got a booking within a day of setting it up, so it's already bringing in money. This is a great investment in my business!

I suspended two other subscriptions which were what TidyCal is costing me forever. It's easy and intuitive to use, plenty of support as you move through the process. I am thrilled with how easy it was to embed on my website and now great it looks, I was able to brand it well. That matters to me. Appreciate all of the emails and community.

I am very happy of my purchase, the tools works very well, it's intuitive and simple to integrate in my website. It takes into account appointments on several different calendars, so I don't risk of being double booked. Overall it's been a great purchase, highly recommended.

I bought it due to the many positive reviews but it disappointed me very soon: Agency plan let an admin create teams and invite people but, once co-workers join, they are not able to edit their own profile and have to keep the default 30 minute booking page, with default text, default language and so on. Nothing can be changed by anyone, account administrator too.

This alone could be enough for a negative review of a tool that sells itself as an "agency tool" but the worst thing is that it goes out of sync so many times that made it useless. Every time I want someone to book an appointment with me I have to check that my google calendar is synced with Tidical...and most of the time it's not. The only time I forgot to do it I got a booked in a day I wasn't available and this forced me to get in touch with people and amend booking but, as first approach to a business, it doesn't seem so professional.
Totally unreliable.

it was a bit challenging to create a last minute meeting. there were so many directions to create one that it took too long. There needs to be a way to create an instant booking at the desired time and date you need. Ive encountered issues when my time slot on the calendar was clear and yet with the complicate directions it still did NOT create what I needed.

Please make a button or something for an instant quick meeting. Thanks.
