Great app - however really needs to allow blocks of unavailable dates to be added, rather than only single days at a time (when you're away for a month - it takes so long to add each day in, it gets painful)

Works really good, easy to configurate.
But: its not possible to style and translate e-mails that are sended. Thats very poor - englisch Mails are not perfect for german customers. This Feature would change quality to 5 Stars

🙏 Cons?

No Indian Payment Gateways:
I can't integrate RazorPay or CashFree Payment Gateways limiting my consulting services in India.

Limited Customization:
Customization options are fewer compared to other scheduling tools.

Room for Improvement:
While highly rated for its ease of use, there are still areas that could be improved.

I really enjoy using TidyCal. It’s simple, clean, easy to set up, and integrates beautifully into my workflow. As someone who manages a lot of client meetings, it truly saves time and keeps things organized.

The only concern I have is that the app doesn’t currently provide webhooks for instant notifications when a meeting is created or canceled. For anyone building automation-heavy systems (like CRMs, reminders, or follow-up flows), this is a big limitation.

If TidyCal adds webhooks in the future, it will easily become a 5-star, top-tier scheduling tool.

Highly recommended overall!

I switched to TidyCal and haven't looked back. It does everything I need. Clients book their appointments, I get notified, and the whole process works. No glitches, no confusion, no headaches. If you're looking for a straightforward scheduling tool that gets the job done, I highly recommend it.
