Not reliable enough to use professionally

I've been using TidyCal for a couple of months to schedule duo coaching sessions for a professional client (2 clients and one coach). It is a nightmare ! When someone reschedule, they don't get the link to the new Teams, Meet or Zoom meeting. So if you don't check every single appointment and send a link, you get unwilling no-shows, and unhappy customers. At first, I connected my Zoom, Teams and Meet accounts to Tidycal, leaving the choice to the clients of the tool they prefer, and ended up with 2 people on the same meeting getting 2 different connection link (one on Meet, and the other one on Teams !). Unfortunately for me, it is a coaching campaign, and I couldn't change scheduling tool in the middle of it in order not to create too much confusion for the client. I also encountered a problem with the availability settings : Some slots where shown twice or thrice on the booking page, even though only one coach was available. So I guess Tidycal is ok if you only have one-to-ones, and you are just beginning your business. But it definitely isn't a company grade scheduling tool.

Misleading Information

Even though you can add any users on your team they won't have the same functionalities that the primary user. For exemplo: The new users added won't be able to add many calendars as the primary user. So, if you you won't need to add others user it's a good opportunity but if you want to buy it for your company I don't recommend.

Good, but a few settings are missing

Good, but a few settings are missing:
1. No global settings for questions like lapsula.
2. Adding time is very difficult and cannot clone one day to another.
3. When scheduled, the calendar doesn't show the answers to additional questions.
4. URL validation or LinkedIn validation is missing for questions.

Happy to remove when features are implemented
