So far, the development team does not understand that there are different time zones in the world and that employees may communicate across different time zones. They also cannot understand that a team can work in different markets. It is sad that such a great development team and a large company do not know this. It is very disappointing. I even feel like requesting a refund, because if the team does not know that different time zones exist and still has not implemented this, it raises doubts about whether the product will continue to develop.

I have purchased the agency plan, and there are basically no controls for default availability for the whole organization, and the writing with AI that they're so happy about prints an error and doesn't even work.

Just very bad and limited implementation.

I bought the agency version becasue i wanted to support the creator. It actually looks nice once set up. But the branding is not removable. It could be tolerable, if it wernt so huge, and directly in the middle of the calendar. Calendy offers their free version with branding, which is to be expected. So if you must have branding, it is better to not have to pay for it. I am stuck with the purchase, but i don't want anyone else to make a decision and not know what they are getting.

I appreciate that I could set it up and just let it be. My clients can choose from a variety of meeting types that best serve their needs and I only had to pay for the software once.
