I set my default availability, but the calendar always shows me as available 24/7. Is that a feature or a bug? The main thing an app like this needs to do is list AVAILABLE times for calls. If that doesn't work the whole idea is moot.

Timezone is missing
So far, the development team does not understand that there are different time zones in the world and that employees may communicate across different time zones. They also cannot understand that a team can work in different markets. It is sad that such a great development team and a large company do not know this. It is very disappointing. I even feel like requesting a refund, because if the team does not know that different time zones exist and still has not implemented this, it raises doubts about whether the product will continue to develop.

Agency plan almost useless and AI doesn't work
I have purchased the agency plan, and there are basically no controls for default availability for the whole organization, and the writing with AI that they're so happy about prints an error and doesn't even work.
Just very bad and limited implementation.
Not even webhooks are implemented!
