Better than Calendly
Seriously, it’s simpler, cheaper (one-time fee), easier to integrate on your website, and their customer support is top notch!

We started loving TidyCal BUT...
The new features are being added constantly which is maybe one of the best things about TidyCal, but for agencies, businesses and personal brands, it feels like TidyCal (AppSumo) is a facade using all users to get more customers and leads...we all accepted to have TidyCal branding when purchasing the LTD since it was part of the terms of service. But Now, what was a small "TidyCall" text almost unnoticeable, is a huge banner/button which does not align with any of our websites and customer websites design.
With the updates, the simple minimalist booking pages we loved, and integrated in our website, along with customer websites changed a whole lot... Tidycal is too much in our faces...and the new UI is NOT really meant for users to embed or integrate into our websites. Its made to use TidyCal using their own ecosystem and this is where we are starting to take 3 tacos away.
Why???
Why need to add huge Banner saying TidyCal?? Are you really thinking about your users, customers who are supporting and purchasing the product??
Or are we being used as lab rats to drive more traffic to AppSumo??
These are the small "clever" but not so things we just hate about some SaaS products.
This needs to be fixed ASAP... otherwise we are crying over leaving this tool in a graveyard and moving totally to Cal.com

TidyCal vs. Calendly: What I Found After Comparing Both
I originally got this product through my Plus membership back in 2022. Because it is positioned as a Calendly alternative, I wanted to compare the two solutions. That comparison link is at the bottom of this review.
The short version: for the AppSumo audience, TidyCal is hard to beat. It covers the core use cases, booking pages, paid appointments via Stripe and PayPal, unlimited booking types, Google Calendar sync, automated reminders, and intake forms, without a monthly bill attached to it. Setup is fast and the interface is frictionless.
The one gap worth knowing before you buy: there is no mobile app. If you manage your schedule from your phone throughout the day, that creates real friction. It is not a dealbreaker for everyone, but it is the most consistent complaint and you should know it going in.
For most solo operators, freelancers, and small service businesses, TidyCal is likely everything you need long-term. Where Calendly earns its subscription pricing is team scheduling, CRM integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot, advanced routing logic, and enterprise compliance requirements. That is not the AppSumo buyer.

Fantastic tool
I was using other tools before with monthly subscription but this beats them easily. Works great with zoom and Google meet, syncing with my other activities in my calendar and they keep adding new features.

No support after buying
I got tidycal as a replacement for calendly. It’s okay, other than the appearance feature. After changing the theme of the calendar it doesn’t save it. So that element doesn’t work.
Emailed support and no response so it seems like this app is buggy with no app dev team or support.
