Q: Customization and Data Protection (DSGVO)
Hello, I have two questions about your brilliant tool.
- Is your tool fully compliant with the data protection requirements in force in Germany (GDPR)?
- Can I use a short video on a loop as the chat launcher (instead of the small icon with the speech bubble)?

Thank you for reaching out and appreciate the kind words.
GDPR (DSGVO):
Yes, data protection is important to us. Our primary workload and database is hosted in the EU (Germany/Finland), we offer a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) on request, and we provide the ability to delete user data upon request. That said, when using third-party AI models/providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter etc.), data is processed through their APIs and their respective data processing terms apply. If strict EU data residency for AI processing is a requirement, we offer Azure OpenAI with EU/DE hosting on our subscription plans.
For full GDPR compliance, we recommend reviewing our privacy policy and reaching out to us at [email protected] if you need a DPA or have specific compliance questions for your use case.
Video as chat launcher:
Unfortunately, this is not something we support. The launcher is a static image. A looping video would significantly impact page load performance and isn't something we plan to offer at this moment.
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Oscar
