Hi TinyTalk Team, this deal structure looks brilliant. I just want to clarify a few things before locking in Tier 7:

1. Unlimited Bots: each with its own isolated knowledge base?

2. Multi-Domain Embeds: Can we embed these unique bots across separate client domains for free, as long as we manage everything from our main admin account?

3. Workspace Fee: If a client wants live dashboard access, we pay the $10/mo workspace seat. If they do not, we can just configure the bot prompt to output text links (phone, WhatsApp, email) for a direct human handoff with absolutely zero extra monthly fees, correct?

4. Backend White-Label: Is an internal dashboard white-label (custom subdomain / removing your branding) on your roadmap?

5. Spam Protection: Can we fully customize the per-user chat rate limits and error messages to prevent spam?
