I spoke to your bot on your website, asking how messages worked and the bot replied:
Message Count: This includes both visitor messages and replies from human agents. AI-generated responses do not count against this limit.
I then asked: just to confirm, if my members ask the bot questions, that will not count against the monthly message limit when the bot naswers them? and the bot replied:
Yes, if your members ask the bot questions and the bot answers them, those AI-generated responses do not count against the monthly message limit. Instead, they consume credits.
The appsumo pricing does not show anything about credits, so how will it work for appsumo members

Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delay.
Our paid subscriptions come with included AI usage which are referred to as "credits". So credits are not applicable for AppSumo users, this is why AppSumo pricing page does not show anything about credits.
Otherwise the information you referenced is correct. Both visitor or admin questions towards the agent are counted against the message limit.

No need to reply anymore. If it takes this long to reply to questions while featured on Appsumo, I can just image how long normal support takes to respond. I won't be going with this company
