Came to comment this. Founder has fully deployed the 'switch' part of the 'bait-and-switch'. Most new features are being tucked away behind a new 'infinite' plan.
His other product Repurpose.lol (not on AppSumo) is fully broken and I haven't gotten a single use out of it for nearly 3 months now. No response on that either. This founder has 2 strikes in my book now...
Could you please clarify why the system is now asking for a new subscription to remove the Transcript LOL branding for Tier 4 users? This hasn’t happened before, so I’m wondering if this is an intentional update or possibly a glitch. Thank you!
Q: Why are you not allowing AppSumo customers to update their email address?
Allowing a user to update their email address seems like a basic feature.
Why is the option to update my email address not allowed, because I'm an AppSumo customer who supported your launch?

I think this has been fixed. It wouldn't allow me to remove for a hot minute, but now it does!
It is July 29th and the problem is still there. It askes for an Upgrade. I bought tier 4 and would like to know, too...
