which AppSumo license tier includes JavaScript-triggered steps in TruConversion’s classic Funnels feature?

I currently have License Tier 2. When I select “Javascript Trigger PRO” in the funnel editor, I receive a “Feature Not Activated” message.

Is this feature included in a higher AppSumo tier? If so, which one? Or does it require a separate paid subscription or add-on outside the AppSumo lifetime deal?

My use case is tracking a funnel such as form viewed → form started → submission attempted → validation completed using custom JavaScript triggers.
