Been using TruConversion for a bit now to keep an eye on a few of my websites. Honestly, it just does what it's supposed to do. The best part is having everything in one dashboard instead of jumping between different tools for different sites. Session recordings and funnel tracking are working fine, and setup was pretty straightforward. It's a reliable tool, gets the job done without any fuss.

I've been looking for a heatmap and visitor tracking system for a while to help out clients with optimizing their page flow, and demonstrating to some clients that more on the page isn't always better! Having concrete evidence in hand will be enough to sway even the most stubborn client :D

Just going into the dashboard i found out the tool stopped tarcking data.

This is the second time the problem happened and i lost all the data, last time they just have not active rule so if you don't go into the dashboard for a long time it stop tracking, they said the fix it but maybe the didn't or it's different problem.

Can't trust this tool, you will lose important data if you use it so better find other alternatives..

A solid product which makes user behavior visible. It's easy to set up - obviously you have to check with your cookie plugin and data privacy compliance set-up, so I added the tracking code into Borlabs instead of a general CodeSnippet-plugin. This works fine (even if TruConversion has troubles to identify the successful setup - it records ;)).

I might upgrade my tier in the future for future website projects and after proper testing. (But seriously you pay SO MUCH money for other tools with this functionality!)

I would love to see a connection to my Shopify store in the future as well :) Don't know if this is planned.

Been using TruConversion for a bit now and I’m really liking it so far. The insights are genuinely helpful, especially when you want to understand how users actually move through your site instead of just relying on assumptions.

What I appreciate most is how it gives you visibility into user behavior. It’s something every store owner or marketer should have. The tool itself is solid and definitely valuable.

That said, as someone still learning, I think it would be even better if there were more beginner-friendly use cases or real examples on how to apply the data to improve conversions. Sometimes you see the insights and think “this is great, but what should I do next?”

Overall, still very happy with it and glad I got it on AppSumo. Excited to see how it evolves, especially with more guidance for users like me.
