Been using TruConversion for a bit now and I’m really liking it so far. The insights are genuinely helpful, especially when you want to understand how users actually move through your site instead of just relying on assumptions.

What I appreciate most is how it gives you visibility into user behavior. It’s something every store owner or marketer should have. The tool itself is solid and definitely valuable.

That said, as someone still learning, I think it would be even better if there were more beginner-friendly use cases or real examples on how to apply the data to improve conversions. Sometimes you see the insights and think “this is great, but what should I do next?”

Overall, still very happy with it and glad I got it on AppSumo. Excited to see how it evolves, especially with more guidance for users like me.

I use it for heatmaps and session recordings to see where users get stuck or stop scrolling, which makes it easy to fix problems I didn't even know were there. The funnel tracking is also very helpful because it points out the specific spots where I'm losing leads. It works smoothly with my site setup and gives me clear data to make my pages work better for my clients. Good job guys.

I’m a UX researcher so I spend a lot of time trying to understand user behaviour. Tru Conversion has made that a lot easier for me.

The heatmaps are really solid. I’ve already found a few spots where people were clicking on things that aren’t links. That kind of insight is gold for me. But the smart funnels are what really caught my attention. I can see exactly where people drop off and then look at the heatmap for that same step without jumping between different tools.

What I love most is the cost. We’re getting heatmaps plus funnel analysis plus session replays all in one place for a fraction of what we would have paid elsewhere. For a lean research team like ours that’s huge.

I haven’t tested everything yet. But the two features I have tried so far the heatmaps and the smart funnels have genuinely impressed me. If the rest works half as well I’ll be very happy.
