A: Hi, I apologize most sincerely for not writing back on this question earlier. It must have escaped us :)
1. TrustMate allows you to send emails on behalf of the store/service provider. The technical sender of the message is TrustMate but the client displays the domain you enter.
2. We only work with enterprise accounts in this regard. Example implementations we have, for example, with the Synersie platform through which the emails of stores that cooperate with us are sent.
3 and 4 Pricing of additional services in this case will be individual. We need to know your needs and outreach to present it. Feel free to contact us in chat :)

I think the biggest issue with these review systems is merchants not wanting to be locked into an ecosystem or the switching cost from one provider to another. So would be great to hear if it is possible to import existing reviews / sync new reviews into our Trustmate account so customers only have to leave a review in one place, and for the review to appear in multiple places.
A: Dear Equinox, of course we allow the import of collected opinions. We are aware that you already have a baggage of experience and content with you.
You can export your opinions at any time on our website and also import external reviews. Reviews will be marked as "from an external website". Hope you can do that in your feedback system as well. Ask your operator to export the file with opinions or, if it has the automatic option, download them yourself.

However, we do have a thank-you page for reviews that can be configured based on customer feedback. If a rating of 1-3 is received, a page with an apology and a request for an explanation will be shown. For ratings of 4-5, the thank-you page can include an option to copy the review and redirect the customer to Google My Business for posting. 😊

I need to be able to show a different email address for each website that is linked to the domain. Better still would be the option to hide the email on the company profile, since the potential to get spammed is huge.
