Q: After a Shopify purchase, it will take time for the product to be shipped and for the customer to receive it.

Right now, we have an automation email campaign that keeps the customer updated on when the product will arrive, etc.

I would only want to send a request for a review AFTER we know the customer has received the item. Is there a way for us to trigger a WEBHOOK so the review email can be sent at the right time within our email campaign or can we just add a dynamic variable to a URL embedded in the "ask for a review" email in the email campaign?
