For me, Uniscribe is truly great and excellent — I use it almost every day to help with meeting audio transcription, and it’s really outstanding.

I only regret choosing the 1,200 minute plan.

If you need transcriptions fast this is a great product. They just added features such as bulk uploading of files and bulk exports of transcriptions as well... which was missing in the earlier version of the product. I have had no issues with the service at all and it saves me a lot of time.

UniScribe has become a part of my daily workflow, and I believe it should be in every content creators' toolbox. It's the best transcription tool I've ever used. The accuracy is amazing. The summary and FAQs that it creates with every transcription was a nice surprise, they allow me to actually create a valuable add-on to every podcast and video summary I upload to my membership site in not time at all. This has been one of my favorite AppSumo purchases. I give it 5 tacos! If you're on the fence about whether or not to purchase a UniScribe subscription, get off the fence and do it. It's a great value.

This is my Uniscribe, and in this particular folder, I am going to paste one link, which is this one. Now, what happens is, after I complete this transcription, and when I click Back over here, it will take me to... Now here, first thing is, I am not given quick options. Like, I should get quick options here. I generally use two languages: Hindi and English. So I should be given two options here itself so that I don't need to type when I want it in Hindi and then select. I should be given two, three options here which should be of my choice. So, that was the first thing. Second thing is, after this transcription is over, here it will show a Back button, okay? So if I click Back button, I should be take- taken to the folder where I was already, okay? So now what happens is, after this is done, I again need to find my folder, okay? There is no search option over here also. So I need to go to Nutrition Facts, and then again I need to do the same thing. So this is little bit, uh, buggy. Other things, like, I think one option which should be given is, after we... You know, th- this option they have introduced after, uh, you know, our request. So here what they can do is, when we enter the link, let's say, how to improve the heart rate variability, okay? So if I click here, YouTube link, and this, I should be given option here itself that after this transcription is done, whether you want to delete the media file so that this 8.83G available, uh, this 10 gigabyte space which is limited, uh, should be conserved. So I don't want the media files, so it can immediate, uh, immediately delete after the transcription is done. So these are few things which they need to work upon. Then, uh, there should be an option to sort this, uh, folders which I have created. It is showing in chronological order, so the, uh, folder which is created last will appear in the bottom. So that's little but uncomfortable. There should be facility of, uh, creating folders so I can categorize these, uh, these things, these lists, according to my own preference. So these are some things which can, uh, you know, they can improve upon. Uh, as I use it forward, as I use it further, I can, uh, give some more inputs. But as of now, it is five star based on 1,200 minutes they ha- they are giving per month, so which is very much generous. And the transcription quality is really, really good, so I really like this, uh, app.
