I bought the AppSumo Pro Plan Tier 3 with voice cloning and 50,000 characters. I’ve used 10,000 of my voice cloning credits this month. will the remaining unused credits be lost after the renewal, or will they carry over to the next month?
Q: How many minutes of transcription for your plans?
It's not clear in your product details how many minutes of transcription (i.e. converting audios and videos into text) are included for each plan? Is it one time allocation or do we receive monthly allocation?
I suggest you make it clear (or clearer) in your product plans.
A: Hi, Each tier has different credit limits. For your understanding, each dubbing hour can transcribe 4 hours of audio/video In Tier 1, 2 hours of dubbing per month means you can transcribe 8 hours of audio/video and so on. Credits will be allocated in every month not one time.

Can you clarify if tier 1 has 2000 voices as advertised in the description, including emotional voices, or if it is just a way to make people buy, then force them to upgrade. I saw a answer to a review saying that tier 1 buyer should not expect 1000 voices. My question is.. Did I misunderstanding or the description says 1000 when is actually around 50.. Would be nice to know in advance as I don't want to waste eachother time purchasing something I will refund after 10 minutes. Thank you
Tier 1 do not have access to all voices. Description explain what feature Unmixr AI has to offer. Offering for each tier is mentioned under AppSumo plans.

I just need to understand if there are British voices with emotion in tier one. I need to create some dialogues for listening activities. Looking forward to your answer
