So my question is if this feature is included or not, your platform is massive and it is not really all that clear what comes on these deals so is AI Training Video Maker included? and each of the tier, also does your appsumo packages mimic any of your current paid packages or not? And if they do change, will it change on our lifetime licenses?

A: 1. AI Training video maker is not included in LTD plan since it cost us huge in infrastructure. We will think through how we can offer this if we receive more demands. 2. Nothing in the offer will be changed without notifying all, it will remain whatever updates we bring to the platform. The offer will remain same always. So if not included how can I get it, and how much, do you have credits packages or is it a monthly, people come to appsumo to not have to get monthly bills so credits packages NOT SUBSCRIPTIONS. I will never buy a subscription for things on appsumo, I am sure the majority of sumolings feel the same, but I do BUY CREDITS or UPGRADES to my lifetime license even if have less credits recurrent.
Q: What can I do to manage the problem of offgrade account if I have ultra account?
Using my account, I can't sub, can't translate, can't use a video feature, and I have an Ultra account. I already sent you a support ticket like three days ago but no answer yet.What can I do to resolve that?

Hi, is it possible to take for example an English speaking video and get subtitles automatically in Swedish, Spanish, German or any other languages? (Without having to translate myself and/or upload a srt.file? In other words, can the program translate a voice without dubbing it but only create subtitles in other languages?

A: Yes, it is very much possible. You can.upload your video, transcribe and export subtitle in multiple languages.
