Your words do not match your actions.
If I render with one to ten thousand characters in dual voice, the problem will be seen 50 times a day, and you wrote it with 200,000 characters. Is this a scam or something else? I have been asking for a solution to this problem for almost a month, but you are not providing a solution.

Q: Weird fluctuating pacing in Dubbing Studio

Maybe the “translated dub” tries align with the timestamps or something, but the output is: fluctuating speed from one sentence to another, making it unlistenable.

It’s critical for viewer to hear stable consistent pace throughout.

Questions:
1) Is this problem being worked on? ETA please.
2) What’s the interim workaround solution, please? It’s critical for my work.

1) Yes, this is being worked on. Can't confirm ETA but it is one of our most priority fix.
2) You can adjust the speed by splitting or merging blocks or using other script editing features.

Text to Speech, Speech to Text and Dubbing - are what our top priority. We are working on the bugs and issues reported by our users.

Q: Now dubbing is working but my credit is gone

I wrote about the dubbing and the fix was done, thank you. But now:

- the transcription that need to be done before dubbing doesn't work. Without transcription, we cannot do the dubbing.

-As the transcription has failed, I haven't done any dubbing but my credit is gone from 381 to 44 by itself.

- I cannot delete the files in the transcription & dubbing list. All the failed transcriptions are still in the list. I've tried to remove them but when I click on the remove button, nothing happens.

- I've also tried to cancel my writer abo because I took the Appsumo offer but the "Cancel plan" button doesn't work.

Please, can you have a look?
