Unmixr AI - Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Audio/Video Dubbing Questions

I want to make sure that I understand this product after working on it:
1. Why do we have to keep expanding the tool bar, it's tedious, why can't it stay expanded or not if we choose to do so?
2. Preview of the audio isn't always working, what am I doing wrong, I just want to preview it.
3. To increase or decrease the audio voice speed, it should be intuitive and it's not, either have a manual horizontal slider for slow to faster or a -/+ vertical slider. Maybe it's there but it's not obvious, is it there?
4. Says we can tweak the pitch of the voice but everytime I open that it says OK. What am I missing?
5. What is intensity mean? In the slider bar... What am I intesifying.
6. It would be helpful to have tool tips as not everyone knows what "nomenclature" of tool they're using means.

I recently bought tier 3 and it gave me three redemption codes and so I noticed when activating them on a mixer I basically had to activate all three to get the full allotment that was for my tier 3 I realized after buying it that I want to upgrade to tier 4 but I see a message that says you can only redeem a Max of three on unmixr. So I'm confused as to how this works and if I can upgrade to till 4:00 do I simply just buy one tier level 1 code again to make it go to tier 4, i need help

Is this possible to upload a recorded voice to change to one of your ai voices? Or would we have to do voice to text and then text to voice? Thank you.

May I know which tier supports voice cloning? Do you use Elevenlabs or your own?
