Unmixr AI - Text to Speech, Speech to Text, AI Chat(GPT-4o,Claude-3.5) Questions

I emailed support, but haven't yet received a response. Thus my reason for writing here.

1. Can I place pauses within a cloned voice?

2. I am on Plan 4 (Ultra), but only have access to the standard image engine. I believe I should have access to Ultra image engine, right?

3. None of the copywriting templates are working for me. Can you please fix this.
I receive the error …“Error processing your request. The request could not be processed. If this continues after a few attempts, please contact at support@unmixr.com"

4. Based on Plan 4 (Ultra) I'm supposed to have 1300 voices, but it appears that I only have 298 that are accessible.

5. Can you please make sure I have everything I'm supposed to have with my purchased plan.

Dear All,

We have released OpenAI voices in Dialogue Studio. You need to add your own openai API key to use the voices. You can add instruction after selecting voice to guide the model.

For example, you can tell the model different modes: whispering, speak in Indian accent, exciting and positive etc or long instruction.

All regular plans have access to this feature.
AppSumo Pro and AppSumo Ultra have access to this feature.

API sounds exciting.
Even if the APIs are not yet public or implemented, it would be very important for me to know which plan will get which API accesses when they become available.

Could you please clarify what is meant by "All future Standard Plan updates" mentioned on the product page? Specifically, what does "standard updates" include, since this is not detailed on the roadmap page?
