Like it , but dont love it

PDF need disruption, and I'm glad UPDF has stepped up to the plate. Overall its what you expect from a Adobe money grab alternative, and I like it.. There are few too many ads to upgrade to AI (dont need it) and sadly it doesn't work with most bank documents that have been created with Adobe Enterprise Cloud. We use Fox it PDF for that. I reached out to support about this and they shrugged their shoulders saying, it just doesn't work with some PDF's.

Truly great product that is in my permanent stack

Ive, like so many people, been a reluctant user of various PDF tools, and being annoyed every month I had to pay for them.
UPDF is the perfect, onve and done replacement. I've just shared it with my wife, and her entire real estate office is celebrating the change.

One of my all time fave purchases on AppSumo

much more valuable as this price... everything you need for PDF and constantly roll updates. just love it.

Hi, everybody. I just wanted to tell you, if you need a software, a PDF tool, I mean, something all in one product, this is what you should buy. I mean, I use a lot of, um, PDF, uh, I don't know, software utilities, whatever you call it. I mean, one of the best was, uh, iScanner, which, uh, you have a lot of features in it and... But I should tell you, I would say this one is much more if you're working, um, more on the side with your computer, I mean, because of your business and whatever, it's really good. You have a lot of tools, a lot of features, and they push constantly updates and new features. So don't miss this. I mean, 69 euros for doing that much of work with PDF. The only downside is... That's not a downside, I mean, if you want to use somehow AI, um, you need to have extra... to pay extra. But there is even... I have seen lately, there is even, um, a version, a lifetime version which you get even, um, AI. So you can use, I mean, like, um, reviewing the, or analyzing your PDF data on- on so much more. Just buy it. Don't lose this chance.

2nd purchase, but UI/UX upgrade is more confusing

Awesome, powerful PDF software. The UI/UX last year was simpler. Happy that many more features were added this year, but the latest revamp is way more confusing. It would be easier if you had ONE main fixed dashboard or sidebar. Its hard to know where I am. The tool bar is on the top in one screen, then the tool/ai/cloud box disappears and is on the bottom in another screen. It works very smooth and powefully once you learn the flow. Making a fixed side or top menu would be a huge improvement. Also, the ability to save images or allow pasting of a saved signature or icons would improve efficiency. Here is my video demonstrating how I get lost - https://a.cl.ly/2NuZL7G1

Very usefull, I like it. Even if it tends to be a bit too complex

I use UPDF since approx. 1 year. I use it every day. It allows me to open PDF files (simple but important task!).
I also use it for minor changes on already gerenated PFD. Very good for it !
The only thing that may be optimized is that this is a bit slow to open / Load document. Also, I find the software bekoming a bit too complex. Too much features added again, and again. For exemple we got a kind of AI functionnality. (I don't even know what it does, but really doesn feel the need to use AI for my PDF files..). Maybe this is the reason why the files are opening slowly ?
My advise : Keep it simple, fast and reliable. don't fall in the trap of adding 1000 functionnalities, that users actually never asked for.
Nevertheless, I would still highly recommand it as I'm a satisfied user.
