Is there anybody reading support messages ?

I used this product for a while, and overall, it is good, but .....
After being unable to login to my account, I left 2 messages in the chat, and 1 by email, a few days ago, but never got any answer, not even "we'll getback to you soon !".
So, one more time, is there anybody reading support messages, or am I loosing my time ?

Horrible Product. It crashes constantly

I thought this would be a good alternative to Loom, but I regret ever buying this product. It constantly crashes in the middle of me recording a video and it is so annoying. I try to resume recording and all it does is buffer. I wasted money on this product, and I wish I could get a refund.

no longer backing its promises and everything is back to paid!

Sad to say this but even though orignal deal was 60 minutes recording but not getting this "Upgrade to get 60 minutes recording and unlimited hosting" which is totaly not fair and feel rigged after ltd

Not true. We mentioned this to everyone who has submitted a chat request or contacted us that we had an issue with our revocation system from our last round of revocations. There were several LTD members who updated purchased more than once that were caught in this system. We're restoring their service as they reach out to us.

Vento is awesome. It's just missing one thing for me.

Vento is great, and does what I need to do. There's one thing that's missing for me, and it's small, but for what I do it's desired. when I post the share link to Gmail, for other Screen apps like Berrycast or loom my clients can stream the video directly from their Gmail account, and understand it's a video. With Vento, they have to click the link, and leave Gmail. That's the only thing that keeps it from a 5 star rating.

No answer from support

I keep running into the same issue: sometimes only the audio track of a recording can be downloaded, even though the full video is available to watch on the platform. No matter what I try, the affected videos simply won’t download.

I reached out to support through the chat window, which claims to respond within 2 hours. My first request about this problem was in early September – and to this day, I haven’t received any reply.

If you need a reliable system to record and download videos, I would recommend paying the monthly fee for Loom instead. With Vento, you risk wasting a lot of time having to re-record videos until they finally download properly.
