So maybe I will try here....I am receiving this error "You have been rate limited= Error Message" I still had 221 minutes left with my additional 1800 credits I pay additional for every month. How and why am I receiving this error and it would not allow me to complete any new uploads. Please respond in my email...

A: A rate limit is only for about an hour. This usually happens because Sumolings often use almost all their credits at once, like at the end of the month or at the beginning. To ensure a stable service, we must distribute the load a bit.
Why RU telling me "I think for you the idom "give an inch, take a mil" is a perfect description." I gave a review regarding tech issues and being denied the minutes I couldn't use bc of it. You literally told me " ...there is no reason why you would need to get recovered any of your minutes." I¨ve repored issues to you before (see above). People shoud know about the cust. service experience.
Everything is hanging, I can't even transcribe s short video. No reply from support.

I'm glad to know all is ok. Honestly gave up on trying to contact you as I didn't get reply to my previous contacts effort. It is the second video that never completed the transcript. 37% completed after several days. I would like to think that someone is monitoring whats happening on the system.
I contacted you via email several time in the past because of failing transcriptions and other issue. I like the app but I actually had to stop using it. Last week I tried again, and submitting two wideos for transcriptions and both failed. I've deleted one and the other one is still runnning for days now.
