Q: How does the sentiment feature work? Trying to convince my boss to drop Profound subscription

Hi there, I am trying to convince my company to drop our Profound subscription. However, it seems that the sentiment overviews have been pinned to a total of 4 "reviews".

Does Visby have any plans on aggregating general sentiments outside of reviews similar to Profound?

A: Hi,
The current reviews feature tracks the user reviews, ratings etc. that LLMs factor into their perception of your brand - these are scanned and updated at regular intervals.

We're also actively exploring broader brand reputation features, both for monitoring and generating actionable tasks. It's definitely an area we want to expand.
