I purchased a Tier 2 license on 29 April; however, more than 24 hours after activating the product, my account is still showing a Tier 1 subscription. German works perfectly. My Content is all German, Visibility tracking works great, it even found (German) reviews for my products listed at another store's site (a package that includes my products, Visby identified it and showed me reviews about it) and the Content Improver is so good for German that a.) it was hard for me to spot the edits, it sounded exactly like me b.) best FAQs I've ever seen
Q: What is your policy on staying current with AI trends?
You mention working with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini which seems to cover the bases currently but you also say under Deal Terms & Conditions that access to future AI models may be provided at a discounted rate OR Access to future AI models may require an add on. This seems fair but to invest in you now, it seems a bit open ended and I wonder if you have a reassuring policy statement that indicates we won't be lost when trends move in a different direction. Do you have any commitment to continued value?
