admin691Q: Within Tasks, Completed Tasks seem to stuck as - "Validation is Pending". Is there a way to get the status unstuck?
Within Tasks, I am aware that one can click and drag each task to different stages.
But after completing each task and moving the task to the 'Done' column, I see the status of the completed task stuck as - Validation is Pending for days and weeks.
As a non-developer of Visby, one is unclear of the process that takes place within 'Tasks'.
Is validation of the tasks supposed to be done by the user?
Is validation of the tasks supposed to be done by a staff of Visby?
Are we supposed to contact Visby staff to validate the completed tasks?
Or is the validation supposed to be done by an AI script?
Can more details be provided so that a user who did not code this section might understand the workflow?

The system automatically scans tasks in the validation queue and typically completes within 24-48 hours depending on load.
