200 leads means you can export contacts from 200 unique companies per month. 1 lead = all contacts from a company.
You can increase the limits by redeeming multiple codes. We are waiting for the necessary updates to go live on our deal description.

But its still true that Clearbit gives 120 companies per month for free, and with all due respect I do not think your identification capabilities will be on par with Clearbit. So still does look like a bad deal based on the low limits.
