Our upstream email provider recently experienced a data breach, which resulted in our account being temporarily suspended and made our contact form not work. We had to work through their reinstatement process, but everything is now back up and running normally.
can you exlain why in 2026 it still makes sense to try/buy a closed saas? BYOK? API? you sell/share user data/analytics with thirdparties? if not yet, how do we sign a contract that will gurantee you wont in the future?
I wrote to you a fortnight ago to report that, after a year of working perfectly, I am no longer receiving weekly emails. I have not yet received a response and I am still not getting the emails. Please could you tell me whether you will be addressing this issue? Many Thanks.

Our upstream provider recently experienced a data breach, which resulted in our account being temporarily suspended. We had to work through their reinstatement process, but everything is now back up and running normally.
I have a question. Can I create and track any arbitrary custom JavaScript event on my website and then see how many times that specific event was triggered and/or how many unique visitors triggered it?
By "any arbitrary custom event," I mean an action that I define myself. For example, if I have a video on my website, could I use JavaScript to trigger custom events when a visitor reaches certain...
I raised the issue of email reports being stopped since July 28th on the website and then an email and there is no response. Can someone on the team respond pls.
