I purchased both VisitorTracking and Truconversion. Unfortunately, there are some concerns regarding Truconversion and its promise to keep developing, although their review count is incredible which suggest otherwise.
Regardless, I'm contemplating to keep both or delete Truconversion IF and only IF, Visitortracking adds Recordings and Heatmaps. What's your stance on this? What does the roadmap looks like (incl. timeframe).
A: They're both on the roadmap - cannot give a timeframe though. It may be a while as we have some other features that we are prioritizing before recordings and heatmaps.
Q: Will you roll out a heatmap and scroll tracking?
About to jump on this and give it a try. Using another software thats on appsumo, and it's great! Has a heatmap feature. That's the only thing holding me back from this one.
Create a new conversion tracker, select Event Tracking, and select the download button in the iframe of your site to track it.
If iframe doesn't work on your site, you can give the button a class in your website editor and manually add that class to the event tracking selector while you set up your conversion
Q: Company info in visitor data
Hi Curran, in your walkthrough/demo, you mention that in a future update, the visitor info will include the business name. Has that feature been implemented?
A: We have somewhat of an implementation as the "organization" column on the visitors tab, but still needs more work. Was a lot tougher a feature than originally anticipated

Q: Can I create custom events via firing JS to your tool?
1. Is it possible to create custom events I want? And of course firing JS to your tool on triggers. 2. Your tool works with all FB ads(Purchase, View Content, etc) / Google ads events?
A: No the event tracking part of Visitor Tracking is more related to button clicks or setting up other custom click/hover events. For example, if you set up a class on each button and want to track that, you can do that with the event tracking

Nov 17, 2024A: Heatmaps are on our roadmap, but we have quite a few features ahead of it.
As for scroll tracking, we do have that already. If you click on pages in the visitors tab it will tell you how much a user scrolled on it
