Q: Limited Attendees
I’m currently looking for a private conference platform to host secure meetings. However, I’m concerned that your attendee limits may hinder growth — especially when many competitors offer higher caps or even unlimited attendees. This is the main drawback for me, and it suggests the current tier structure may be misaligned with user needs. Why do you structure the tiers with low attendees? This is a lifetime deal, and future growth is a real concern.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, our pricing structure is fixed, so we are unable to make changes to it.
Many of our customers are very satisfied with the value we provide because our plans include a wide range of features at a competitive price. If you require a higher attendee capacity, we recommend upgrading to one of our higher-tier plans, which are designed to accommodate larger events and meetings.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
