Q: Multi-user licensing & license reassignment for nonprofits
I'm considering Plan 7 for my nonprofit. I need team members to independently schedule their own meetings (not just co-host mine). Questions:
1. Does each person who needs to independently schedule meetings require their own license/code?
2. Can additional licenses be a lower tier than Plan 7, or must they match?
3. Can additional licenses be managed under one central admin account?
4. If a license holder leaves the org, can that license be reassigned to someone new?
The reassignment question is critical — our volunteer and staff roster changes periodically. Thank you!

Hi there, great questions, especially for a nonprofit setup. Here’s how it works:
1. Independent scheduling
Yes, each team member who wants to schedule and host their own meetings needs a license. A co-host alone doesn’t enable independent scheduling.
2. License tiers
Additional licenses do not have to be on Plan 7. You can mix plans based on each user’s needs (e.g., some on lower tiers, others on Plan 7).
3. Central management
Yes, everything can be managed under a single central admin (host) account. The admin can assign, remove, and manage all user licenses from the host/Admin account.
4. Reassigning licenses (important)
Yes, licenses are fully transferable within your organization. If someone leaves, the admin can remove that user and reassign the license to someone new.
