There isn’t a strict maximum length per single dictation session for Tier 2 specifically. The word limits in Tier 2 apply to your total monthly usage, not to individual recordings.

However, for best accuracy and reliability, we generally recommend keeping each dictation to about 1–3 minutes per segment, regardless of tier. Shorter segments help prevent incomplete uploads or lost transcriptions and ensure more consistent results.

If you need to work with longer content, a good approach is to dictate in shorter sections or record externally and process the audio in parts through VoiceDash.
