Warm Welcome Questions

Hi folks, like what I see - I would like to use this for some client sites and also for my own. For me I have 3 websites that are mine and I'd like to know if I can successfully use the top tier to cater for all of them. I do have different brand on each site and so would like to know if I can I guess create a sub brand for each in like a master account.

Great to see WarmWelcome back here, and would love to get some news about your last developments these last years as considering to upgrade from 2 codes to 3 codes or more.
Do you have a changelog or updates page ? Are you adding AI features ? (BYOK is fine if so). I think your website looks the same, so was just wondering. As Designs UI and AI are evolving so much nowadays. Thank you! Kind regards.

I have observed a bad pattern in responses in the 1* reviews.

Before making a purchase, I want to know—do you support SMTP servers well?

If not I will not go for it, I may also purchase three accounts, if your system works, again really concerned with your review responses.

I wanted to ask if there is an option to exclusively display and request audio?

Can you provide clarification if Video is mandatory for both admin and users to communicate on Warm Welcome or if there is a toggle for a preferred media format (In my case audio)
