Can you please confirm that for AppSumo lifetime customers the current Tier usage limits (including the x amouth of ,messages, which for tier are 70,000 messages/month in tier 5) and core features listed on the AppSumo deal page will stay the same and not be reduced for our accounts in the future (for example, from 70,000 messages to 10,000 per month)? I am using not for cold outreach but as part of a service to existing costumers. 1. I would like to know if there is a rist of losing the account or just the risk getting a whatsapp number blocked ? 2. Do you have a roadmap available? Thank you

A: There is no risk if you are sending messages which are not promotional and no customer of yours will mark it as spam. If they are promotional and your existing customers mark your message as spam, then the risk comes.
Hence, we ask people to only send useful messages like transaction/order updates, reminders etc
